A successful member of the business community, Dale Miller believes in the civic responsibility the more fortunate have for their fellow man.  Putting this belief into practice Mr. Miller has served in a leadership position of many community and industry organizations for more than 15 years. 
He has served as treasurer of Santa Maria Kiwanis, president of the Visalia Jaycees, vice-president of Tulare-Kings Bail Association, legislative committee member of the Visalia Chamber of Commerce and chairman of the board of the California Bail Agents Association. 
Currently Mr. Miller is serving his second term as president of the North Bay Bail Agents Association, is the chair of the Legislation Committee for the California Bail Agents Association and is interim-secretary of Friends Outside for Sonoma County.  Dale is married and has three children.
